You won’t save money installing your wood stove. For our professional installation, we paid about as much as we would have paid for a heat pump. But aside from a little gasoline for the chain saw and the splitter, that’s the last money we spent on heating our home.
And there’s no warm quite like the warm that comes from a wood stove. It uses convection naturally to circulate warmth throughout your living space, but the movement is so slow you’ll never feel the air moving. Get that? No drafts! We think it lowers our blood pressure at the same time. Hey, maybe it prevents cancer too.
